The Role We're hiring a Head of Client Deployment to lead the team that embeds with our most important clients to deliver creator growth at scale. You'll own both client outcomes and team performance - acting as the senior partner to our top accounts, the leader of our deployment team, and a hands-on operator who steps directly into high-priority programs when it counts.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in marketing, client services, or agency leadership
  • Have run or overseen creator/influencer marketing programs
  • Have managed large budgets and complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
  • Have led and developed high-performing teams
  • Operate fluidly at both strategic and executional levels
  • Communicate confidently and succinctly with senior stakeholders
  • Are AI-native or AI-curious — excited to use AI to deliver more, faster
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships & growth
  • Act as the senior point of contact for our key accounts (CMOs, Heads of Growth, Influencer Marketing leads)
  • Own retention and expansion across our deployed accounts
  • Lead strategic planning, program reviews, and performance conversations with clients
  • Position Passionfroot as a long-term growth partner, not just an executor
  • Lead & scale the deployment team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 (today our Campaign Managers — the people embedded in client programs)
  • Set the standard for quality, communication, and execution
  • Build the systems and playbooks that let us deploy and deliver at scale
  • Own deployment strategy & execution
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of high-budget creator programs ($2M+/mo in spend across 6–8 accounts)
  • Guide clients on creator selection, program structure, and creative direction
  • Ensure programs align with each client's broader GTM and revenue goals
  • Jump into execution directly for priority clients or complex programs
  • Own reporting & performance
  • Establish and own a weekly reporting cadence across key accounts
  • Translate program data into clear, CMO-ready insights and narratives
  • Continuously sharpen how we measure and communicate ROI
  • Spot opportunities to optimize, upsell, and expand
  • Shape product & GTM (the AI-native edge)
  • Be the senior voice between clients and product
  • Use AI to prototype solutions to recurring client problems, refine them, and feed recommendations back to product
  • Help define how Passionfroot scales its deployment motion
