About The Position

Hybron is an advanced manufacturing company focused on rapidly producing lightweight composites. We have developed a novel manufacturing process that allows for faster, more cost-effective production of complex composite parts. We are backed by the Northrop Grumman Technology Accelerator and have recently secured $25M in seed funding. Our current applications include artillery shells, rocket motor nozzles, gas turbine engine components, and airframes. This role is a full-time, in-person position at our El Segundo pilot facility, with a potential initial placement in the DC area for the first 6-12 months.
