About The Position

We are looking for a builder to lead the transformation of Miro's Business Technology organization. This role owns the operating systems that power how Miro goes to market and how Miro runs as a company. You will lead a combined engineering, product management, and program management organization spanning GTM Systems & Technology and Company OS & Technology. The model is forward-deployed engineering, where teams embed directly inside GTM and corporate functions to automate workflows in context. This role is central to Miro becoming an AI-first company, making key tooling, architecture, and platform decisions to embed AI into every workflow. The person in this role will shape how 1,800+ Mironeers work daily and how our GTM engine operates at scale. This is a build-from-scratch, move-fast, high-autonomy leadership position.

Requirements

Technical depth and product sense — ability to go deep on architecture decisions and frame them as product strategy.
A builder who inspires, with a track record of shipping systems that teams remember.
Experience running a forward-deployed or embedded engineering model, including placing engineers inside business functions, maintaining quality without central gravity, and rotating teams without losing context.
Change leadership at scale, having led organizations through significant transformation (new tooling, processes, ways of working).
Experience leading 40–50+ people across engineering, product, and program management.
A bias toward action, making decisions with 70% of the information and iterating.
Deep conviction that AI changes everything about how internal systems should be designed and operated.

Responsibilities

Lead the GTM Systems & Technology pillar, covering the full stack behind Sales & Success, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Architecture, including Salesforce, Marketo, data pipelines, and an in-house AI-powered GTM copilot.
Lead the Company OS & Technology pillar, managing the internal operating system that connects Mironeers to tools, agents, and knowledge, including the Claude-based agent platform, identity systems, and enterprise tooling like Workday and Slack.
Own AI enablement, making tooling decisions to ensure Miro ships AI internally at startup speed.
Manage a combined organization of 45 engineers, product managers, and program managers across both pillars, structured as forward-deployed squads embedded in GTM and corporate functions.
Drive the transformation towards a forward-deployed model, embedding squads directly inside functions they serve to be proactive builders.
