About The Position

As part of Profitability and Business Operations Americas, the Head of Business Processes will ensure the delivery of measurable business benefits and value through application of optimized business processes in alignment with the company’s global strategy and commitment to excellence. This senior executive professional role will manage and coordinate multiple cross functional teams including Business Intelligence, Bid Management, Bid Operations and Process Automation while cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration, accountability, and delivery of exceptional value across all areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the efficient execution of internal business processes, operations and governance to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Lead the management and implementation of strategic and transformation projects across the organization.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Automate business processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
  • Oversee compliance with the bid process to ensure successful acquisition and retention of clients.
  • Drive sales team to ensure accurate pipeline and opportunities.
  • Establish performance dashboards, scorecards, and continuous improvement cycles.
