As a strategic partner to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you'll own two core areas. First, you'll build and operationalize our Customer Experience governance framework across Advanced Solutions—designing consistent measurement and insights across five franchises. Second, you'll be the executive's right hand, translating Commercial Excellence priorities into action by coordinating across teams, representing capabilities to leadership, and keeping stakeholders aligned. You'll balance structure with execution: establishing frameworks that work, while being the connector who brings strategy to life. Success means clear governance at the Advanced Solutions level, presentations that land, and alignment that drives results.
