Our team combines deep cybersecurity expertise, operational rigor, and startup velocity to solve some of the internet’s most urgent trust and safety challenges. The Role Doppel is seeking a Head of Business Development & Commercial Sales to lead and scale our pipeline generation and Commercial revenue organization across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise segments. Reporting directly to the CRO, this leader will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the teams responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead response, lead nurturing, pipeline creation, early-stage opportunity development, and full-cycle sales execution for Commercial accounts. This role is critical to accelerating revenue growth and expanding Doppel’s footprint across the market. You will lead a high-performing organization responsible for engaging prospective customers throughout the buyer journey—from initial outreach and qualification through deal closure for Commercial customers and pipeline creation for Mid-Enterprise and Enterprise accounts. This includes developing outbound account-based motions, responding rapidly to inbound demand, nurturing leads through qualification, and partnering closely with Sales leadership to convert pipeline into revenue. Doppel believes the future of revenue generation will be AI-enabled, highly personalized, and deeply data-driven. We are looking for a leader who can help architect and operationalize that future by leveraging modern AI tooling, automation, intent signals, and next-generation prospecting strategies to build a scalable and differentiated revenue engine. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor, data-driven leadership, modern GTM expertise, and sales management experience with the ability to recruit, coach, and scale elite pipeline generation and inside sales teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an in-office leadership role based in Austin, TX.
