About The Position

Uline is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Benefits to lead and evolve its enterprise benefits portfolio for employees across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and serving on the HR leadership team, this role shapes long-term benefits strategy while overseeing program design, vendor partnerships and execution. The Head of Benefits leads a talented team and oversees health, retirement, wellness, disability, workers compensation and leave programs at scale, with a focus on workforce needs, business objectives and employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
15+ years of progressive benefits experience, including leadership experience within a large, complex organization.
Experience managing benefit vendors, negotiations and strategic partnerships.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification.
Workday experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Uline’s long-term benefits strategy, aligning programs with workforce needs and business objectives.
Lead the design, implementation and administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, workers compensation, disability and leave programs across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefit plans, maintain competitive offerings and drive exceptional service.
Advise HR and executive leadership on program effectiveness, industry trends and employee experience as Uline’s benefits expert and financial steward.
Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a positive, high-performing culture.
Create and execute benefits communications that make complex information clear and engaging for employees.
