Head of Analytics - FinTech & AutoSync (m/f/d)
About The Position

Our flagship brands - AutoTrader.ca, AutoSync, Dealertrack Canada and CMS - help Canadians buy, sell, and finance vehicles with confidence. As part of AutoScout24 group, Europe’s largest online car marketplace, we’re shaping the future of automotive retail in Canada and beyond. As Head of Analytics for FinTech & AutoSync, you will lead the transformation of the analytics organization across both areas, ensuring alignment with business needs while improving efficiency. You will unify fragmented teams, standardize ways of working, and drive adoption of new collaboration models to strengthen data-driven decision-making and business impact. This position is limited to 18 months and based in Toronto.
Requirements
- 10+ years in analytics, including 5+ years in leadership roles in complex organizations
- Proven track record in leading analytics transformations and organizational change
- Experience designing team structures, operating models, and scalable processes
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Solid expertise in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business understanding and ability to link analytics to commercial impact

Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of fragmented analytics teams into a unified, high-impact function
- Define and execute an enterprise analytics strategy aligned with business goals
- Standardize ways of working, tools, and methodologies across teams
- Drive adoption of new collaboration models between analytics and business stakeholders
- Improve team structure, clarify roles, and increase delivery efficiency
- Identify automation and process improvements to scale output and speed
- Establish KPIs to measure impact on revenue, efficiency, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure strong data governance, compliance, and consistent data usage
- Partner with senior stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, marketing, sales, finance)
- Act as a thought leader to promote data-driven decision-making across the business
