About The Position

10x Team is seeking a Head of Analytics – AI Trainer to leverage your expertise and help develop cutting-edge AI systems, all in a flexible, project-based role. 10x Team connects elite professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence across diverse domains. We are looking for experienced analytics leaders based in the EU or UK to help train next-generation AI models, ensuring they reflect best analytics practices and deliver real-world value.

Requirements

• Senior leader (Head, Director, or equivalent) in the analytics/data science field with hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and strategy
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep understanding of analytics frameworks, data modeling, KPI development, and data-driven decision making
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing clear, constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working asynchronously/remotely

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated analytics strategies, dashboards, reports, and insights
• Assess the accuracy, relevance, and value of AI-driven analytics outputs
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios based on your analytics leadership experience
• Create scenario variations that represent various industries, data contexts, and business objectives
• Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI-generated analytics content and provide clear, structured, actionable feedback
• Guide AI models to better understand advanced analytics concepts, methodologies, and best practices
