Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is seeking a Head of Advisor Education Marketing Strategy to lead the strategy and execution of NTAM’s advisor education platform. Reporting to the Head of Client Marketing, this role will develop a best-in-class curriculum of programs, experiences, and content that helps advisors expand their knowledge, strengthen their practices, and better serve clients. The leader’s goal is to deepen engagement with client-facing teams, strengthen advisor relationships, and enhance the perceived value of NTAM’s advisor education offering. This role partners closely with the Wealth Client Group (WCG) distribution team leaders, internal and external subject matter experts, and marketing partners to define effective strategies, translate those strategies into compelling curriculum, and deliver engaging advisor- and client-facing experiences and materials.
