Pratt Institute is seeking a Head Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. This role involves building positive relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and campus partners. The coach will be responsible for the athletic, academic, and personal development of the XC/TF teams, emphasizing sportsmanship, respect, and belonging. Key responsibilities include the development, management, coordination, and supervision of all aspects of coaching the programs, providing visionary leadership and strategic planning. The Head Coach is expected to inspire the highest ethical standards, cultivate character, mutual respect, and community, and ensure compliance with all Institute policies and NCAA Division III and Atlantic East Conference rules. This is a part-time, 10-month position with additional secondary duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation. The Department of Athletics and Recreation is committed to providing a wide range of activities and services to support student well-being.
