About The Position

Seaside Vacation Homes is seeking a Head Housekeeper / Team Manager to lead a team of approximately 7-10 Property Manager Housekeepers. While the scheduling is handled by a dedicated role, the manager will focus on executing the plan, monitoring progress, maintaining quality, solving problems, coaching employees, and creating urgency when necessary. The role emphasizes coaching, inspecting, correcting, and following through, with an emphasis on developing employees rather than just fixing mistakes. The company utilizes performance report cards to help managers identify areas needing attention and address the root causes of issues. A strong eye for quality and the ability to see details that guests might notice are crucial. Experience in areas such as housekeeping, hotels, vacation rentals, property management, or team leadership is beneficial. The company values leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to build a team that can succeed with continuous growth and learning opportunities.
