About The Position
The head girls wrestling coach is responsible for creating and implementing positive program development. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a non-teaching coaching position.
Requirements
- Successful experience as a coach
- Ability to implement a training program
- Possess leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with administrators, parents, and students
- Strong communication skills
