About The Position

The Head Girls Soccer Coach at Northridge High School is responsible for all aspects of the head coaching role, including overseeing assistant coaches and making decisions that align with the program's direction. This position involves organizing and supervising game help, assisting with supervision at activities, and completing concussion training. The role requires knowledge of Colorado and district content standards, and skills sufficient to perform all duties. It prefers experience in leadership situations related to meeting students' social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that values flexibility, conflict resolution, high stress tolerance, quick information processing, informed decision-making, and long hours. Regular attendance is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR certification
• CHSAA test and regulation
• Concussion Education
• Prior coaching experience in this sport
