About The Position
The head coach’s role is dedicated to fostering a unified and well-coordinated athletic experience for all students and families. The coach is called to faithfully utilize their God-given gifts to support the school's mission and cultivate athletic excellence rooted in Christian faith. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in collaboration, working effectively with the administrative team, faculty, staff, and parents to contribute to a purposeful, Christ-centered, and dynamic fulfillment of TKA’s mission statement. At The King’s Academy, winning is valued, but developing Christ-centered leaders is the ultimate goal. Every practice, meeting, workout, and competition is viewed as an opportunity to disciple young women to pursue excellence, serve others, compete with integrity, and honor God in all they do.
