Requirements

  • Experience in high-growth environments with high-volume hiring
  • Strong background in people operations and talent acquisition
  • Experience scaling organizations, ideally sales-driven
  • Working knowledge of US labor laws across multiple states (you know what to look for and when to involve experts)
  • Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them
  • Hands-on and execution-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Establish and scale the HR function from scratch overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
  • Build and execute a high-volume hiring strategy, especially for sales teams
  • Set up onboarding, performance management, and employee life cycle processes
  • Design and implement learning & development (L&D) programs to support performance, and leadership growth
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws across multiple states
  • Own payroll strategy and execution (initially outsourced, with a transition to in-house as the organization scales)
  • Partner with leadership to support rapid growth and organizational development
  • Develop processes to manage high-growth environments
