About The Position

The AI Operating System for Private Capital. Private capital funds have to find potential investments, research and analyse them thoroughly, monitor them over time, drive improvements, and decide when to buy and sell. They've got to see through the marketing. They've got to outbid the competition. And they've got to learn from every deal they do. Historically, these processes have run on people, we are building the AI Operating System that will run them in the future. We're focused, ambitious, and obsessed with building a category-defining company. In the last 12 months we've grown ARR 15x, achieved product–market fit with leading multi-billion-dollar PE firms, and expanded across the US, UK, and Europe. Now we're doubling down: we've raised a large Series A from top-tier VC investors to scale the team. Requirements

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with material leadership experience.
  • A meaningful chunk of that time selling into private capital: PE, VC, private credit, infrastructure, or adjacent vendors where private capital firms were the buyer.
  • Built and led teams that hit numbers.
  • First-line management at minimum.
  • Hired, coached, and exited people.
  • Run forecast calls that actually move outcomes.
  • Turned individual quotas into a team result.
  • Closed at the highest level: Seven-figure, multi-year deals with sophisticated buyers and procurement.
  • A network that opens doors at the top of the market.
  • Relationships across the US private capital ecosystem that you'll bring with you.
  • Player-coach by instinct.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the US business.
  • Carry a number yourself, run the largest accounts personally, and at the same time lead and grow the US GTM function, owning everything from pipeline generation through to deployment and retention.
  • Own the US P&L on the commercial side.
  • Run the largest US opportunities personally.
  • Lead and grow the US GTM function, owning everything from pipeline generation through to deployment and retention.
  • Set the bar, run the cadence, and develop the people.
  • Bring in the next wave of senior commercial and post-sales talent.
  • Write the US GTM playbook.
  • Feed back what the US market needs to Product and Engineering.
  • Influence the roadmap.
  • Represent Capsa at events, investor introductions, executive briefings, and build ecosystem relationships.
  • Partner with the CEO and CRO on positioning, narrative, and how Capsa earns the right to be the category leader.
