About The Position

This position is for the 2026-2027 school year, starting January 4, 2027, at Strongsville High School. The Head Custodian will work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for 260 days per year. The starting pay is $29.29 per hour.

Requirements

• Effective supervisory, communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Must apply through PowerSchool Unified Talent/Applicant Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors, instructs, and empowers assigned staff.
• Lifting/moving, safely stacking and maneuvering materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Climbing/working from ladders, scaffolds or mechanical lifts.
