The Head Concierge will work directly with our Operations Management Team in ensuring smooth operations in their designated site(s). They hold a key leadership role in their building(s), overseeing all aspects of client relations with residents, property managers, building staff, contractors and where applicable, developer staff. The Head Concierge must be experienced and comfortable in supervisory functions. This includes: training and developing existing and new staff, assessing and correcting performance, and modelling and building on the Company’s standards for high quality and expedient service delivery to all parties. Budgeting, scheduling and time-keeping skills are needed to effectively oversee a team.
