About The Position

This position is responsible for coaching and managing the women's basketball program. This includes developing and implementing strategies, recruiting student-athletes, and managing administrative functions.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate and teach current skills and techniques required of athletes competing in collegiate basketball.
• Ability to travel for the purpose of recruiting student-athletes and team competition.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategy under the pressures of competition.
• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time while performing the administrative functions of this position.

Nice To Haves

• Masters Degree
• Successful head or associate head collegiate basketball coaching experience – preferably at an NCAA institution.
• Budget management experience.
• Fundraising and alumni cultivation experience.
• Effective computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in recruiting.
