About The Position

This role focuses on building a competitive program grounded in discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement, while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The coach will be expected to model strong leadership, promote sportsmanship, and support student-athletes in developing confidence, accountability, and resilience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their program and is committed to creating a culture that reflects excellence, effort, and integrity both on and off the field or court.
