Head Cheer Coach
About The Position
Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to assist or lead teams across the country. Coaches must be team players willing to work with teams and classes at all levels. The position involves coaching children ages 4–15, preparing for and teaching classes, overseeing class check-ins, and maintaining basic records. Classes may be spread throughout the evening, with most coaches working no more than 3–4 classes in a day. Coaches should expect 1–2 evenings of practices and some weekend travel to competitions, as well as occasional meetings and clinics. A background check is required. The posting describes this as a part-time job and offers competitive pay.
Requirements
- Cheerleading experience.
- Cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience.
- Willingness to work with children ages 4–15.
- Reliable transportation.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference in the lives of youth.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines.
