Requirements

Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
Proven experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or related field.
Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers and commercial equipment.
Perform high quality work in the following areas: Suspension, Brakes, Steering Wheel ends, Alignments, Wheel Seals, Wiring, Kingpins.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in the shop and on the job site.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
Increase repeat business by gaining the trust and confidence of customers through high quality, timely work and by honoring customer commitments.
