Requirements

Solid understanding of HUD/HomeFront policies and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program guidelines.
Effective file management and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work respectfully with low-income, elderly, or disabled persons.
Ability to obtain HCV Eligibility and Occupancy certification within one year.

Responsibilities
