Day to day as a HCM Sales Officer As an HCM Sales Officer at Mercantile Bank, you will leverage your expertise to sell Human Capital Management services through partnerships with internal and external referral channels. In this pivotal role, you will meet with referral sources and prospective clients, focusing on businesses with 50 or more employees. Your success will depend on analyzing customer needs and developing tailored proposals that align with their unique business practices. You will actively promote our HCM products, engage in contract negotiations, and ensure a seamless transition for new clients. Your responsibilities also include cultivating relationships with existing HCM clients, maintaining communication regarding their evolving needs, and managing a comprehensive sales pipeline through our CRM system. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing initiatives and enhance our presence in the market, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
