The HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new prospective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions. This role involves identifying and developing new prospects within a defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities. The executive will also profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities, enhancing client value by improving the scope of the Asure solution. Developing and maintaining referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers is key to further market penetration. The role requires creating high-impact presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions, developing and managing a robust sales funnel to attain or exceed assigned sales quotas, and leveraging Salesforce CRM for reporting and managing sales and client services activities. Continuous learning about industry trends, the competitive HCM landscape, and evolving technology like AI tools is also expected.
