HCM & Reporting Analyst - Dayforce (8 mos contract)
About The Position
We're looking for an HCM & Reporting Analyst to support our Dayforce implementation, with a particular focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation. This 8-month contract role will help build the reporting foundation needed to support implementation, stabilization, and reliable workforce decision-making across the organization. You will work with complex HR and payroll data, develop custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, and help ensure information transferred from legacy systems is complete, accurate, and ready for use. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how employee data moves through an HCM environment and can translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data.
- Power BI and advanced Excel expertise.
- Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
- Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data.
- Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
- Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards to support business decision-making.
