About The Position

The HCM Operations Analyst will support leadership in overseeing team operations, playing a key role in tasker management, issue resolution, and tracking team taskings. This role involves maintaining accurate records of important meetings and schedules for strategy implementation, and assisting with human resources management, including award write-ups, processing, onboarding/offboarding, and monitoring training requirements. The analyst will also develop strategies to increase team output, update/implement policies, and manage the team's battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking, product development, and administrative documents). Collaboration with Capability Program Executive (CPE) Aviation Headquarters staff and Project Office Team leadership is essential for supporting tasking and directives. The role requires assimilating information from various sources to provide recommendations to leadership and coordinating with other Project/Product Offices, government agencies, and contractors for information exchange. Additionally, the analyst will assist with daily and weekly reports to Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members

  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership to oversee all operations of the team.
  • Plays a key operations role in tasker management; issue, review, and track taskings for the team.
  • Keep accurate records of important meetings/schedule for the implementation of various team strategies.
  • Assist with human resources management to include but not limited to award write-ups, award processing, onboarding/offboarding personnel, and monitoring of yearly training requirements.
  • Prepare and come up with new strategies to increase the output for team. Responsible for updating/implementing policies or core working practices.
  • Manage team battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents).
  • Work with Capability Program Executive (CPE) Aviation Headquarters staff and Project Office Team leadership to support tasking and directives.
  • Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordination with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange.
  • Assist with daily and weekly reports to Executive Leadership (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required).
