Requirements
- Direct, hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management technology
- Experience with time-keeping solutions, preferably Swipeclock
- Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SQL Server
Responsibilities
- Works closely with our implementation specialist to ensure employee information is properly uploaded into our system and that benefits (PTO, payroll, etc.) are implemented correctly.
- Ensures all employee wage data, banking information, tax liabilities, and agency POAs are correctly imported, balanced, and reconciled before the first live payroll.
- Conducts quality assurance checks to ensure all benefit accruals, deductions, garnishments, and HR functions are being correctly implemented.
- Trains team members on platforms, such as AllPay.
- Assists the implementation specialist (and other stakeholders) in forecasting needs and adjusting projects accordingly.
