HCM Analyst
About The Position

Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Workday or similar HCM system
- Experience working in an HR team
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system
Responsibilities
- Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure; this includes assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and assigning to appropriate parties.
- Intake requests for Workday enhancements in alignment with the established governance process from HR staff across the state
- Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need and desired outcome.
- Investigate system capabilities using Workday Community and internal documentation to identify potential solutions.
- Summarize findings clearly and present potential solutions to stakeholders
- Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed.
- Assist with updates to guidance, job aids, and process documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve user experience.
