HCBT Therapist - Fee for Service
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! This position requires in-person visits to clients' homes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
- Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person visits to clients' homes.
- Manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
