About The Position

HCBS Supervisor – First Resources Corp. Location: Sigourney, IA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm with on-call rotation. Lead with Compassion. Supervise with Purpose. First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HCBS Supervisor to support and coordinate services within our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Basic knowledge of HCBS programs and DIA requirements
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Satisfactory results on a background check

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Human Services or related field
Prior supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement HCBS services at assigned sites
Supervise and support direct care staff, including training and performance management
Implement and monitor Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Document program outcomes and communicate individual progress and concerns
Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, DIA regulations, and agency policies
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and safety
Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
