About The Position

Requirements
- Valid HCA or CNA certification in Washington state.
- Valid TB within a year of employment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
- Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the care team.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with medication reminders and adherence.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
