Requirements

  • Valid HCA or CNA certification in Washington state.
  • Valid TB within a year of employment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
  • Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the care team.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Support clients with medication reminders and adherence.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
