About The Position

This internship focuses on Human Capital processes within Siloam International Hospitals, a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia. The intern will gain understanding of recruitment, employee administration, contract management, and HRIS. There is also an emphasis on process automation and digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related major.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and capable of using complex formulas.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willing to be placed at Siloam Clinic (HO).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities
