Description of Work: •Participate in Incident Management and Change Management efforts with NCDIT - Transportation. •Troubleshoot the incidents and provide support to maintenance and operations partnering with other teams and vendors. •Provide application support and maintenance functions across the application environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Data analysis / Data science from NC HBCU/MSI.
- Graduation date: 2023 – 2026
