Description of Work: •Provide Fellow hands-on experience in conducting rigorous analysis, supporting ongoing research initiatives, and contributing to key project deliverables, particularly within the traffic and district files area. •The goal is to strengthen their technical and professional skills while advancing the project’s broader objectives through high-quality, collaborative work, supporting meaningful project outcomes, and fostering professional growth and readiness for future leadership roles. •Conduct data analysis within the traffic/district files to support ongoing research and operational needs. •Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation. Contribute to the preparation of reports and visualizations that inform project decisions and highlight key findings. Collaborate with team members to support project workflows, provide analytical insights, and help advance core program objectives. •Deliver timely, well-documented deliverables that contribute to project outcomes and demonstrate technical proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Management/Development, Data analysis from NC HBCU/MSI.
  • Graduation date between 2023 - 2026
