About The Position
Drive for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account, hauling auto parts in dry van trailers. The role includes a mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs, with driver unloading required at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Drivers operate new automatic Freightliner daycab trucks and are home daily. The schedule is five days per week with two consecutive days off. Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday, with overnight start times between 6:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. The position averages approximately 45 hours per week. A hazmat endorsement is required; training support is available, and the endorsement process begins upon hire.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Hazmat endorsement required; the endorsement process is initiated upon hire, and training support is available.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- No SAP Drivers.
