About The Position
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Drivers haul auto parts on overnight routes and are home daily. The role pays an average annual amount of $85,000, with mileage pay of $0.739 per mile and stop pay of $25 per stop. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with the first payment after 30 days. Pay is issued weekly with activity-based compensation. Drivers work five days per week with two consecutive days off. Available schedules are Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or Thursday–Saturday, with nightly dispatch between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The position is approximately 45 hours per week and involves dedicated routes with a mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs. The account uses dry van trailers and new automatic Freightliner day-cab trucks. Drivers are required to unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Hazmat endorsement required.
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and perform driver-unload duties.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
