HAZ MAT Driver- (Bulk Fuel and Propane)
About The Position
Northdale Oil Inc. is hiring a CDL-A/B Hazmat Bulk Fuel Driver to safely deliver fuel and/or propane to residential, agricultural, and commercial customers throughout its service area. The role involves operating bulk fuel delivery trucks, following scheduled routes, communicating with dispatch, inspecting vehicles, loading and unloading products, verifying deliveries, maintaining records, using electronic logs and dispatch software, completing required paperwork, and complying with DOT, safety, and environmental regulations. Drivers are expected to provide outstanding customer service and represent Northdale professionally. The position offers home-focused routes and stable, year-round work. Paid training and support for Hazmat endorsements are provided.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass DOT-required drug and alcohol testing.
- Clean driving record, with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally operate bulk fuel delivery trucks.
- Follow scheduled routes and communicate with dispatch.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Safely load and unload fuel products.
- Verify delivery accuracy and maintain delivery records.
- Use electronic logs and dispatch software.
- Complete required DOT and company paperwork.
- Follow safety, compliance, and environmental regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service at every stop.
- Represent Northdale with professionalism and integrity.
