Haunt Location Lead
About The Position
This role is eligible for the Haunt Bonus of $3 extra per hour on operating days, you must work the last weekend of Haunt. Our Haunt Team Lead’s work with performers, team members, and guests to ensure safety for all, as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. Join the Live Entertainment team and help us present some of this year’s shows, events, and attractions. Build your skills as a Haunt Team Lead! With more than 60 rides, an award-winning kids’ area, 20-acre waterpark, shows and attractions, Kings Dominion offers the perfect combination of world-class thrills and attractions!
Requirements
- Positive attitude and readiness to bring the FUN!
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Individuals with passion and excitement about Kings Dominion.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned location.
- Opening/closing locations, ensuring cleanliness in all areas
- Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all.
- Provide excellent customer service for our guests
- Resolve guest and team member concerns
- Other duties as assigned
