Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions and established procedures.
Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

Safely operate haul trucks to transport aggregate and other materials throughout the site.
Conduct pre-operational inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
Follow established safety procedures, site traffic patterns, and operating guidelines.
Coordinate with plant and quarry personnel to ensure efficient material movement.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support daily production goals.
