Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions and established procedures.
- Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate haul trucks to transport aggregate and other materials throughout the site.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
- Follow established safety procedures, site traffic patterns, and operating guidelines.
- Coordinate with plant and quarry personnel to ensure efficient material movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support daily production goals.
