About The Position
Luck Stone's South Richmond Plant is looking to hire a Seasonal Haul Truck Operator who can skillfully navigate quarry roads and berms to safely load and unload rock into our primary crushers. This role also lends a hand on the ground with plant maintenance. Seasonal shifts may last up to 6 months, with opportunities to move into permanent roles based on performance.

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a quarry or large construction environment, or heavy equipment experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle
- Identify and report road, high wall, and equipment issues
- Operate heavy equipment using proper loading and dumping techniques
- Ensure the vehicle receives proper maintenance
- Assist with projects and activities beyond heavy equipment operation as needed
- Occasionally operate the Water Truck or Bin Truck, or help with maintenance projects around the plant
- Prioritize safety throughout the site for yourself and others
- Help keep the site clean and organized at the end of each shift
