About The Position

This role involves operating haul trucks and related equipment according to established procedures and safety standards. The driver will monitor and regulate equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and make adjustments to maximize production under direct supervision. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year related experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations
• Time management skills

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment operations duties as directed using established procedures.
• Starts, monitors, and regulates equipment within company guidelines and safety standards.
• Uses standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues.
• Adjusts equipment to maximize production under direct supervision.
• Takes on other tasks and assignments as required, including duties outside the typical scope of the role, to support overall team operations and organizational needs.
