About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The team member will feed the separator, which includes bending and stooping to remove trays from the hatcher dolly. The team member will perform sanitation on empty hatcher racks. The team member will grade out eggshells and cull chicks on a moving conveyor at a rapid speed. The team member will receive clean trays from the tray washer and place them back into the empty hatcher racks. The team member may be used in other areas of the Hatchery when needed. The role requires the ability to stand and work in a stationary position throughout an 8–9-hour shift, use repetitive motions, and be willing to learn other duties as needed. There is a moderate amount of stooping and bending involved in accomplishing tasks.

Moderate amount of stooping and bending to accomplish task.
