About The Position

The Hatchery QA Tech will conduct QA audits to ensure Company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. This role involves working closely with management to resolve quality or production issues, evaluating and taking corrective action regarding labeling and product movement, and assisting in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility. The QA Tech will also act as a source of critical quality issues and perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits. Other relevant duties to the position may also be assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• HACCP certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.
