About The Position

The Hatchery Lead is responsible for overseeing operations within the production area, ensuring all jobs are performed effectively. This role involves assisting with the training of new hires, conducting inventories in freezer and cooler areas, and obtaining necessary licenses such as hand jack and forklift. The position requires a willingness to work on any line in the plant and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
• Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
• Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities
