About The Position

This role involves working in a hatchery environment with frequent exposure to heat and a wet and dusty environment. The position requires the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and frequently perform actions such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Adherence to departmental and company safety policies and programs is mandatory, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work with little to no supervision and self-motivate.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended shift hours if necessary.

Responsibilities
