About The Position

This position is for a Hatchery Embrex Crew Operator on the 3rd Shift at Pilgrim's. The pay is $19.10 per hour, with an additional $2.00 night shift differential. The typical hours are from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., though these are subject to change. The role involves preventing damage to eggs, pulling correct eggs for the assigned day, and maintaining the flow of production. Responsibilities include feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, stacking hatcher trays, moving empty flats, adding buggies to empty eggs, moving the Hatcher basket trolly, ensuring equipment runs correctly, and performing other assigned duties.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prevents damaging any eggs
• Pulling correct eggs for the assigned day
• Keeping up with the flow of production
• Feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, and ensure that neither eggs nor equipment is damaged
• Stacking hatcher trays with the flow of production
• Remove empty flats and add buggy to empty egg
• Moving Hatcher basket trolly to the correct assigned hatcher
• Ensure the equipment is running correctly
• Any other duties as assigned
